Leads the South American operation and answers for the relationship with the Hamburg head office and the EWIE Group. Day to day, he stays close to client relations and to the operation as a whole.

Answers for the areas that hold the operation up from the inside. Consumption-based invoicing, the single invoice the client receives and the team across the four sites all go through there.

Runs the MRO and PPE operations and the logistics that keep the machines stocked. He also answers for equipment support: installation, maintenance and the KTC, OTC and KS hotline.

Kromi Logística do Brasil is the Brazilian operation of a group present in Europe, the Americas and Asia. The management model we apply here was born in Hamburg and is practised today across thirteen units.
